My realtor, Franz Rodriguez, made finding and buying our home in Palm Springs a reality. Living in Texas would make finding a place almost impossible, but we had Franz on our side. Darcy Deetz Did a Great Job For Us
She recently sold our lot in Outdoor Resorts in less than a month. The prior broker had no interest and no offers in the previous three months even though it was the height of the season. These persons have kept my $10,000.00 chandelier & have not given me my $10,000.00 and states this in the sales contract. Jim Hladysh was the agent and was paid commission. I am elderly and was unable to reach any of the agents involved. Windemere & Palm Springs Escrow work together and somehow cannot find my Pavlova crystal chandelier nor have they complied to our sales contract and given my $10,000.00 as agreed.

In my opinion Carol Corcoran was very unprofessional and rude. She was difficult to deal with and became angry every time she didn't get her way. She went to the extent of going through my Facebook page and contacted several of my friends who were in the real estate business and told them wild stories about me and my family. She spread lies and made untrue accusations about me. I've never had an experience like this before. I was shocked by the childish behavior of such an older woman. When dealing with her broker about these problems, he seemed not to have a care and approved of her

Buyers and Sellers BEWARE!!! Do not let Carol Corcoran any where near your property! She was the buyers agent during the sale of my mothers house in Rancho Mirage, she was dishonest about many things during this process and caused much heart ache to my 80 year old mother. I also spoke to Benjamin Leaskou about our issues and frankly he could care less, no customer service with this group of people. They are plenty of real estate agents and brokerage firms out there, choose another!

Highly unprofessional team. Confirms appointment and doesn't show up. Insists that the customer works with them exclusively. There's lots of honorable real estate folks in the Desert. Don't waste your time here.

Writing to praise Adree Rojas for finding the perfect condo for us three years ago. She knows how to read her clients and find them the perfect home! Andree Rojas scheduled a showing for our house. We had cancelled plans with friends to go to a Polo Match. We freshened up our house and packed up our dog and left. Forty-five minutes later our agent called us and told us that Ms Rojas never showed up or called. Our agent called her and she said that she and her clients were tired of viewing eight houses and, decided to go home. Never had the common courtesy to call and let our agent know of their changed plans. We are out driving around wasting gas waiting to come home. We left lights and music on in our house wasting energy. Don't use this
