I called in and spoke with May, she told me price of services and confirmed my appointment. When I went in for my appointment, May was not there, the other person Sam, when I made payment charged more than what was told over the phone and also added extra for making payment using card. I didn't argue and but feel it is unethical and unprofessional when the staff gives different information specifically about the services they are offering. On the other hand, the therapist Monika was amazing, she was great, 5 stars for her and 1 for management.

The guy that did my massage did not speak any English. There was no consultation beforehand and he did not talk to me about what I wanted. I went in for a relaxing massage and he wrecked my back. I kept asking for lighter pressure but he kept saying his English wasn't good. There were points I wanted to walk out because of how painful it was and I felt trapped because he did not understand me. Would not recommend.

I visited the place with a cramp in my back, I exited with the cramp remained + enormous pain in my back muscles as a result of mishandling.
The language barrier is HUGE! The lady at the front desk knows a little English (not enough to understand I didn't actually confirm my visit, but only inquired over the phone), but the masseuse guy (James?) doesn't understand a word! I told him about the cramp in my back, he responded "no English". I tried to show him with my hand, he thought I meant more pressure, then he wrecked me with pressure, left me with several bruises in my back that were much more

This is truly a magical place. I have come here a few times. I have gone to other place, but this place is the best in this area!
I have been experiencing terrible pain in my shoulders, the Massage I received was so helpful in dealing with pain and tension.
The staff is very professional, the place is clean, the massages are incredible and the ambiance is peaceful. I wish I could give10 stars!

I had trouble booking a last moment appointment with other massage parlors and Eden accommodated me immediately. Miss Mai was the masseuse assigned to me. She was absolutely AMAZING! I appreciate her expertise and can not wait for my next appointment!

I had May as my massage therapist for a 90 minute Deep tissue massage. She was amazing! I asked for extra pressure and I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to keep up that amount of pressure for an hour and a half. Her movements flowed and I could tell she was very experienced. The gentleman at the front desk was appreciative of business and extremely pleasant. This was an overall good experience with AMAZING quality in the massage. I’ve paid three times as much with half of the satisfaction before at other spas. I will be a regular here at Edens.
