Alicia and her team have provided us with excellent service through multiple transactions over more than 10 years! She was particularly considerate during a very sensitive time for us (trying to sell a home in the foothills right after the Camp Fire).

Friendly, quick, and communicative. Knows the market and sold our house in 1 month from the time we made a decision to list till the time the papers were sold. Professional and very helpful, we sold for a decent price and were mostly happy.
Only hiccup was the use of Timios Title. That little known company seriously messed us up on payment and we had to spend time fixing it on our end.
Other than that chosen title company, no problem with Alisha's services.

My brother and I had a scary task. My Father had passed several years ago and left several acres of Forest land to us. We had many people approach us about the property but my dad was an environmentalist and really wanted his trees respected. So we passed.

Love, love, LOVE Alisha and her team. She helped us find our forever home, kept us comfortably within our budget, and made us feel so good about such a large purchase. Buying a home was very stressful for me and my husband and what I appreciated most was that we never felt pressured.
