This office misleads you. They lied to us about their costs even when told repeatedly that our finances were limited and no insurance. My wife came home in tears bcs they lied about the cost of things until she was already in the chair and x-rayed. She left without what she came for and a $200+ bill.
I went to them to ask for a refund. They said their office person would call me. Nope! No respect and they don't mind ripping off seniors! Stay Away!

I waited a long time to review this dental place, I wanted to make sure I was writing impartially and not emotionally. I gave them 3 stars, but really should only be 2. I went there with 4 concerns on 4 different teeth. I do not want to go into a lot of detail, so let's just say, they wasted my time, twice, and never cared or asked how I was. The second time I went in was for a cavity about the size of the punctuation at the end of this sentence. It took over an hour to fix a cavity they, themselves, called microscopic. My tooth hurt for 2 weeks, unable to chew anything, for 2 weeks for a microscopic

Dr Kennington is a wonderful Dentist and Professional. My last experience at a different place was not good years ago, and the much needed dental appointments never happened on a regular basis, but I called Dr. Kenningtons office with tooth pain and the Staff was so reassurring, there were no judgements. Then Dr K removed three of my molars and gave me a filling in the most amazingly short time frame! Thank you Cowlitz River Dental!!

I was in a skydiving accident and lost a couple of my front teeth, everything else about my mouth looking very mangled. My teeth now look absolutely amazing! Being a 21 year old does not allow for me to have the most money in the world, but Dr. Kennington's staff helped me more than I deserve. Dr Kennington is one of the nicest humans, let alone doctor, that I have ever met. He knows exactly what he is doing and will even educate anyone that has any questions about what procedures he is doing. The music in the office is amazing as well! I would recommend Dr. Kennington to anyone that is looking
