Honestly idk why this place only has 3.5 stars. First off let me start by saying the lady was SO nice! I scheduled a last minute appointment earlier this year for me and my boyfriends 8year anniversary, not only did she get us in within 3 days, but actually got us in on our actual anniversary date which was so accommodating. Since then we have gone to massage envy, lavida massage... and they just don’t compare. If you wanna get your moneys worth and leave feeling so relaxed you could fall asleep STAY AWAY from the chain message therapists! They make hourly and do not care about doing a great

She was great! I will be back and she got me in at an hour's notice and I appreciate her professionalism. She didn't do my feet head and face like most places, but she did good with all the other spots.

I am 33 weeks along and started having a hot flash during the massage but Kathy was extremely understanding and accommodating turning up the air conditioning, placing the fan on me and getting me ice cold water. Kathy seemed extremely knowledgeable about prenatal massages and was able to work out my tension locations! Highly recommend!

This place falsely advertises their location. They are NOT located in the Hilton. They are actually located in the basement of a musty-smelling outdated office building. They texted me their *real* location and told me to go there: 3250 W. Market St., Suite 10. The website, which hasn't been updated since 2014, claims that they are located in the Hilton. This is false advertising.
The place was closed when I arrived, but two disheveled, unkempt women soon arrived. One looked like her hair hadn't been brushed in days. They opened the door to a small, dark, dingy waiting room. I felt very uncomfortable

I scheduled a couples massage here for our 6 years anniversary. Not only was I given an incorrect address, but when I arrived at the address I was given we were given equally terrible instructions to find the actual lovay.
I give 2 stars because my partner had a great experience, but my massage was TERRIBLE. If you can guarantee to be massaged by the owner then you will have a great massage, if you can find the place. Do not EVER schedule with her assistant. She was constantly digging her finger nails into my skin and telling me to relax. When I told her she was hurting me she kept telling me

Accommodating. Got me in the day I called. Got a discount because of a miscommunication. Building is easy to find, parking lot is a little tricky. Someone came out to meet me, nice, I wouldn't have found the room otherwise. Weird space; felt like I was in someones living space, as opposed to a spa (etc). Good massage though. Attention given to areas of concern/pain.

Very good massage, little difficulty scheduling but enjoyed. Massage was a little hard some like that but atmosphere was relaxing.

Wonderful place. Great massage. I get all the bad knots out. I always ask for trigger point.
