Most air conditioners have their capacity rated in BTUs, or British Thermal Units. A BTU is, generally, the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water one degree F. Specifically, a BTU is 1,055 joules, but the first definition is easier to understand in real-life terms. One "ton", in heating and cooling terms, is 12,000 BTUs.

Air Flow Technologies just replaced my heating and air condition system, and I would like to say that I have never had dealings with any company as polite, trustworthy, and honest than the employees, and the owner. If there was ever or is an A-1 company in this world it has to be Air Flow Technologies Yukon Ok. These people have service down to a fine art. The customer comes first. If ever I need heating and air condition service they will get a call from me.

I am so pleased with these guys! They replaced my old system with a new heat pump and made a huge difference in my electric bill! My system went down during snowmageddon and they came out and replaced my unit in the horrible weather. They were all very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend them for anything you need!! You won't be disappointed :]

The "technician" came in, I asked his diagnosis, he told me. All cool so far. I told him that I wanted the old part and the paper work for the new part. He turned and ssid "Why do you want tbe old part?" I said because its mine. He finally relentled to give me what I already owned. Yay! When the bill came and I asked why it was $100 bucks more than the quote he asked "Man what's your problem?" At that piont I felt threatened, (My kid was there), so I just paid him, and told him not to come back. I will probably call the company tomorrow, and maybe the police

None of the other companies that quoted the job offered me an affordable option. They all wanted to over sale what was best and affordable for my wife and I.

Thanks to all for putting our new heating and AC unit in so quickly! Our AC went out in May. Last week, they worked us in - just in time for the 1st 90 degree days of summer! Joe and Jordan were the techs who did the installation. They acted professionally and even stayed late one night so we had AC in the master bedroom. Bids for the system were competitive. We chose Air Flow because the system warranty was better than others. Thanks again!
