I had a very poor experience with a Raleigh Cary Realty Realtor - Annamaria Papp - listing at 105 Aspen Hollow Ct in Cary, NC. The realtor misrepresented and concealed facts about the house in the disclosures for the home when it was listed for sale in June, 2020. I would not recommend this realty company based on the experience I had. I would like to add that I am not a disgruntled buyer. I am glad I did not purchase that house. By the way, the NC Real Estate Commission found some issues when I filed a complaint and this realtor's license is suspended for a year.

George Wilson is simply the best realtor around! Unusual in that he actually cares about buyers and treats everyone like a valued client. Great communication, and strives to make his clients happy with their home buying experience. After an awful experience prior with an unethical realtor, George and his team are a breath of fresh air and will give you realistic, constructive advice, instead of just pushing you to buy a home you’re not comfortable with. Recommend highly!

Working with John Dixon was sincerely a pleasure! From our first discussion on the phone to the closing table, John was professional, responsive and friendly. Never once did my wife or I feel like John was rushing us through the home buying process just to close on a deal. He truly cares about the people he works with and has a lot of integrity. Juan is the best. He has helped me both buy and sell my first house over the last several years. As a first-time buyer and seller, he was invaluable. When we bought our first home in 2009, we actually began looking at houses with another real estate team, but they didn't really have time for us, so they referred us to George Wilson's team. Each member of the team went with us to look at houses (we looked at ALOT of houses). They were always patient and found more houses for us to look at.
When we found the one we wanted to buy, the process went very smoothly - until the deal fell through at the last minute due to no fault of the George Wilson Team. We had to start all over, which was very disheartening.

We met George Wilson 20 years ago, before he started in Real Estate. Through the years, he kept in touch with frequent marketing pieces. For that reason, we just knew he would do a great job marketing our house for us! Sure enough, George and his team took care of everything in the most professional and efficient way possible. We used George Wilson several years ago when we moved from Vermont to Apex. We were unsure of what we wanted and his guidance and strong web based support let us prepare easily from far away.
