19 years ago, Charles Petersheim left NYC for the tumbleweed towns of Western Sullivan County.
Inspired by the wind-swept prairie farmhouses and easily understood American Architecture that were found around the county, and somewhat conscious of the fact that the families he witnessed purchasing and then maintaining fixer uppers and this old house perhaps did not fully understand what they were signing up for, he embarked on his first new old farmhouse in 2002.It took a while to build and complete.

Good homes have a soul, and the real estate of Catskill Farms strives to ensure its Catskill homes for sale provide not only sound and stylish construction, but also a sense of history, be it mid-century, turn of the century, contemporary or some combination thereof. All of our homes come with multiple acres of Hudson Valley land and seclusion without isolation.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I would never do business with this company!!! They do not pay people for their services. They are thief's and steel your $$ for their profit. They use poor bogus excuses to make a complaint and feel they can justify their wrong doings. Unfortunately I can't rate lower then 1 star.
