Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Real Estate Agents should not be allowed to practice if they do not know the laws. Especially when it pertains to land. Very unresponsive, and very unprofessional. When something is brought to your attention it shouldn’t be brushed off. Don’t ignore phone calls and get your research done.

Shannon did a wonderful job!! I live in another state and had to help my Mom sell her house in Wichita. Shannon was very helpful, walking me through all the steps needed so when I came to Wichita, I was prepared! We sold within 2 weeks and even though we had to leave the state before closing, Shannon was able to help us take care of all paperwork signing needed for the closing. She continued to stay in touch through the closing and even right after to make sure everything was taken care of!! Everything went so smooth!! It was great to be able to text Shannon anytime with a question and she answered
