Our church began working with Mike O'Leary a few months ago and we've recently installed Canon copiers at our office. Mike and his team are tremendous to work with, very personable and professional! During the installation process their team made sure they were in contact with our IT group to work out all the arrangements for the transfer to new equipment. Mike has been very thorough throughout the entire process and has made sure all our needs were met. We're looking forward to working with Mike and the entire Hendrix team in the coming years!

We rarely have any issues with Hendrix (machines or service). They are relatively quick to respond to calls and emails. A service tech is usually here within 2-3 hours if we make a service call.
The employees are very nice and willing to help with any issues that arise and the website is very user friendly.
I would recommend to other businesses.
