Awful Experience... was told it would be ready, showed up and had to wait 20-30 minutes.... was also charged a $125 DIAGNOSTICS FEE. Most place don't charge it (provided you allow them to work on the problem post diagnosis)... I could have gone to western auto or auto zone for FREE to get a diagnosis... these people just try to take you to the bank. Will not be coming back....

I have been very pleased with service and the staff have all been very pleasant to deal with. I feel the prices are reasonable and will continue to be a repeat customer. A good reasonable car repair workshop is hard to find and I have.

I have been a customer for several years. I always get an honest opinion of what is needed and when. They saved the day on a tough repair several years ago that others couldn't do. The price was very reasonable. Wilhelm's knowledge puts them 2nd to none! If you are looking for honest auto repair, go see them!

They went out of their way to fit me in around noon on a Thursday, and got the vehicle back to me by noon on a Friday.
Everyone we interacted with was down to earth, polite, and never pushy or dismissive. Prices were reasonable for the services.
They were as close to perfect as you can reasonably expect.

I came in to have some wheels and tires mounted on my car. This process should cost about $100-$150. My receipt was close to $500 for a simple job. In my opinion this is ridiculous and I was highly overcharged and feel taken advantage of. At least they had good customer service and were nice to me.
