Pleasant View Realty was founded in 2002 by owners, Gail and Jim Kapellen. Gail has made real estate her life's work since 1979, and Jim joined the business in 1997. Sue was wonderful when it came to listing and selling our home. We had to sell our home in order to buy our new home and she was ready to go to battle to make it happen. Whenever something came up, I knew I could call her (pretty much no matter what crazy hour it was) and she would get it done. She goes out of her way for her clients and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future.

We were living in an apartment in Milwaukee and were tired of the rising rent so we decided to move to a rural area.
