It is with great honor, that I recommend The Law Office of Heather R. Klein. They represented my son in an ex parte order regarding custody of his 2.5 year old daughter. They were most helpful in helping us understand the facts of the case, what we could and could not do. My son was kept in the loop on a daily basis as to what was going on and he was quickly reunited with his daughter and gained joint custody in the process.
Although mom was very organized with preparations for her funeral and had a will that was very explicit, the family felt that we needed a lawyer to make the process less stressful. Heather made things run so smoothly. She answered all of my emails and questions promptly. She did not hesitate to give us advice when it was needed and worked closely with the bank to make sure that the estate was settled in an efficient manner.

Services
The Law Office of Heather R. Klein has been serving Northwestern North Carolina since the practice was first established in 2005 by Heather R. Klein. We have always believed in providing comprehensive legal services to our community at a fair price. Our office takes great pride in making complicated legal issues easy to understand for anyone and communicating solutions to those legal issues with each individual client.
Originally born in Maryland, at 2 years of age Heather's family relocated to Ft. Myers, Florida, where she attended grade school and middle school before the family decided to relocate to peaceful LaBelle, Florida, amidst the orange groves on the picturesque Okeechobee Waterway. There Heather attended and graduated from LaBelle High School.
We are proud to be active residents of Alleghany County and support our local economy in every way we can. The town of Sparta is a small, but close-knit community that takes great pride in its history and Appalachian heritage. We strongly encourage our out-of-town clients to set aside some time to explore downtown Sparta, our shops, art galleries, and the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway which runs just seven miles southeast of town.

My mother received a letter from this attorney that read as though she was THE attorney, already chosen by my mother to "engage" in a real estate transaction. My mom has never even heard of this attorney, and she was not on the list provided by the financial institution. FRAUD...just sign on the line and return, then I have no doubt it would cost several hundred dollars to "disengage" from this vulture. Don't be an ambulance chaser! It would be different if my mom had received a nice letter of solicitation, not a 5 page letter of "engagement" for a transaction that has nothing to do with this office

Heather drew up my homebuyers paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. Very nice and I would recommend her. I hear very good things about her in this community. I have much respect for her not being involved with the crooks and their activity in this county courthouse. I don't blame her one bit for not being in kahoots with their dirty work. This town needs more lawyers that are willing to take on CPS and their child knapping ring though... I know she would be effective - if not the best, if she did, from what I hear.
