If you are facing serious criminal allegations, your defense lawyer must be able to make a powerful argument before a jury of your peers. When prosecutors understand that n attorney is serious about taking a case to trial, a defendant may have more leverage and an increased likelihood of favorable outcomes, either inside or outside the courtroom.
White collar crimes typically involve some kind of economic loss or theft. Although white collar crimes are nonviolent, the penalties associated with these crimes are often quite severe. Further, individuals accused of white collar crimes are often prominent members of their community. As a result, a mere accusation of a white collar crime can cause untold damage to a person's reputation.
There is no such thing as a minor sex crime. First, these accusations can potentially cause immeasurable damage to your reputation. Otherwise reasonable people may jump to conclusions about your guilt. Second, a conviction to a sex crime is likely to lead to incarceration, as well as fines and probation.
Many people think a criminal case begins when someone is arrested and charged with a crime. While this is sometimes the case, it is not always the case. Oftentimes, prosecutors may seek an indictment. An indictment is required in federal felonies. In order to indict someone, prosecutors must present evidence before a grand jury.
Everyone makes mistakes. Some mistakes, however, have lasting and severe consequences. When judges make mistakes, the judge could allow illegally obtained evidence to reach the jury. Alternately, a mistake at the trial court level may prevent the jury from getting the information it needs to make an informed decision.

Mr Johnson's firm was very instrumental in the outcome of my daughter's case. The office personnel were courteous and most helpful. Both Mr Johnson and his assistant kept us well informed of the case progression. I would not have any reservations in attaining Mr Johnson's services in the future, nor would I have any reservations in recommending his firm to anyone who may need his services.

Ron was a lifesaver for me! Ron gave me honest, professional advice, and did not sugarcoat what the outcome of my case could be. However, he was gentle and caring, and I always knew that he was working diligently to ensure the best outcome possible for me. Ron went above and beyond to ensure I understood the process and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Ron’s knowledge and experience says it all.
I’ve already recommended him to other friends and family members, and will continue to do so.
I’ve met many people over the years whose attorneys guaranteed them a certain outcome

Mr. Johnson and his legal team was a godsend to our family in 2017. He was able to help my son receive a reduced sentence from a 10 year to a 3 year sentence. This allowed my son to ONLY serve 17 months in D.O.C. If you are looking for an attorney who is efficient, reliable , hard working, fair and honest, Mr. Johnson is definitely the attorney you want on your side.

Ron Johnson has been a huge help on a few occasions! When I was arrested, they didn't want to release me since they thought I was a flight risk. He managed to get me out-with no bail! I just had to wear an ankle GPS. Though I faced a minimum mandatory, he was able to get me the least time possible. Then, three years after my release, he applied for me and got me early termination from probation. I'm so glad had Mr. Johnsons guidance and legal help to guide me through a bad time in my life! I highly recommend Ron Johnson!

Ron was forthright, informative and caring for my situation and my family. He spent over 3 months reviewing documents in preparation of my trial even working for me on the case while he was on a family vacation skiing in Colorado. Ron attended the trial every day of a co conspirator alongside me to evaluate the case first hand and to review how the government was presenting their case for preparation of ours.
That trial went on for a week before it was sent to the jury who ended up convicting the Co-conspirator. Upon that conviction, Ron, my family, and I conferred on my options and decided it

Ron and his assistant B.J. are the most caring honest and hardworking individuals I've known and I'm 100% thankful to have them handle my case. When I went shopping for an attorney I knew after talking with Ron that he was going to be my guy. I was facing serious charges and mandatory jail time and Ron brought those charges down to a misdemeanor and no jail time! He picked apart the evidence and fought for me as if i was family. Ron never steered me wrong. I would highly recommend Ron for your criminal defense attorney.
