Dealing with Mike Krueger has been the absolute worst experience I have had in real estate transactions in the last ten years. His dealings with the buyer agent were the most unprofessional correspondence I have seen. He was reluctant to answer questions, extremely rude, and just seemed like selling a property was a nuisance even though that’s his job.
Bottom line, do yourself a favor if you are selling look to Slifer Smith & Frampton or any of the other more than capable agents in town.

You were representing a buyer who was attempting to purchase a property I had listed at Treehouse Condos in Silverthorne (NOT Breckenridge as your note says). The property was 100% completed in 1974, obviously a very old and well-established condo complex in Silverthorne. What "correct information" could I have possibly given to you other than what is of public record and on a written contract to purchase?? You had a very standard one month to get the property approved, and you asked

I have a solid track record and I feel you were extremely unprofessional in not communicating to me regarding your property. My client who is still my loyal client is happy that she didnt go through with the purchase. She was approved but your property was not. Thats the small detail you did not divulge. I did everything possible to then find out I was helping my client try to buy a condo that you were trying
