I unfortunately haven't been able to go to her since I left Florida in 2015.
Since then I haven't been able to find anyone who matches her professionalism and skill. Every time I try a new place where I'm at, I leave a little disappointed that they don't match what I used to get with Kell - which is what prompted me to write this review! She's wonderful at listening to what you want, while also using her extensive knowledge and experience to recommend the right color, treatment, cut, etc.

Kell and her team are true artists and professionals when it comes to all things hair and makeup. As a longtime client of Kell’s who now lives out of state, I always make it a priority to make a hair appointment with her anytime I am back in Florida. Kell did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I could not have been happier - I felt and looked gorgeous. The salon is beautiful and I always feel welcome.

I can't believe I've never put a review on yelp for here! I have been going to Kell & Vanessa for the last 8 years and it has been AMAZING! They are both the sweetest stylists I have ever met and they do an amazing job on mine and my mothers hair. So good of a job that I literally have been flying from Cleveland to Orlando to get my hair done...on a students budget so yes they do that good of a job! Kell travels around the country doing hair shows and training too so truly you are going to someone with amazing talent. I have never had a bad hair cut or color here and I recommend all

Kell is absolutely AMAZING! I first started going to her 8 years ago. My hair was a MESS! It was damaged from dying my own hair. I wanted to go back to red and Kell absolutely refused until we got my hair healthy enough to start any dying processes. It was in that moment I realized that Kell isn't just a stylist after money. This is her passion. It's her life. And she truly desires to help people. It took almost a year but Kell had a great regimen in place for me after looking at all the damage and I stuck with it. I'm not a patient person, but it was sooooo worth it! My hair was healthy enough

So let me begin with something no hair salon ever has done for me, getting to know ones hair and character in such a detailed way. I have had thin hair all my life and finally just started going to Kell's since 2015 and I have never experience such a wonderfully surprising change in my hair. Yes, this absolutely changed my outlook on myself, my esteem and my love for my hair! She is absolutely amazing in her up to date style (which is so obvious to see) but for me, its the way she got to know my hair in a way I never knew in my own 24 years! And seriously I know she has so many clients in between

Let me start with how sweet and friendly Kell is. She did a wonderful job, went above and beyond during the trial, and is even from a close city to where I grew up in Pennsylvania.
Everything up until that point was fine. This was mid May.
After ironing out details for Kell to come to my wedding site for hair and makeup services, Paying for the trial, etc, someone else called weeks later on her behalf to tell me she doesn't travel to sites on Sundays. I explained that Kell had already agreed with it, never mentioning anything like that. She then called back saying she was not aware of that, and

I have been going to KellGrace for years now and the entire time since her Winter Park Salon has been open and I LOVE IT. I drive from Tampa!
Here are a few of the things I love most:
1.) The attention to detail, precise color, and care that Kell and her team put into every mess I bring them. Yeah... sometimes I wait too long!
2.) The salon is always so clean and welcoming.
3.) The products are high quality (Love Nuema, Brazilian Blowout).
4.) Kell is great, but all of the team members that have worked on my hair have been fantastic.

I was very excited to go to this salon for my hair trial. Once I got there, the customer service was good, very friendly. I was taken to the back of the salon, where I was greeted by a dead roach on the floor (it was hard not to miss) and I was a little disappointed when I showed them the hairstyle I wanted. The length of my hair was discussed prior and I was told that there would be extensions and the whole nine yards and do my hair. Well, they didn't have any extensions at the salon at that moment. The stylist asked if I still wanted to continue with the appointment, in which I agreed.
