Services
Decompression therapy is a spinal disc rehabilitation program that slowly and gently stretches the area of the spine while decompressing the discs. This therapy is used to relieve pain at the lower back and neck areas. Massage Therapy has numerous benefits from aiding in depression and anxiety to helping with joint flexibility and circulation.

Went for the first time and was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Jyll she explained everything she was doing before she did it. I was made to feel comfortable with her and I will be going back to get another adjustment like she recommended with out being scared.

Dr.Downey's hands and methods are like magic! I woke up one morning and could barely walk and could not straighten up. I'd previously had surgery on my back and was absolutely terrified that I was going to have to again. I called her office, was seen a few minutes later and by the end of the same day, I was able to walk and move again. This is not the first time she's worked her wonders on me. Her and her staff are so kind and understanding. Great team!

Dr. Jyll is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have had much more success with her techniques than the previous chiropractor. She was able to work on a hand problem I've been having for years and has definitely improved the situation where others have simply said they didn't know what the problem was. The staff is very friendly and they are super accommodating to your needs. All in all, I'm very happy that she has made her chiropractic home here in Yadkinville.
