I called to get an inquiry to get carpet cleaning services and scheduled a same-day appointments. I thought let me check out the reviews; some good some bad,
but I still gave the company a chance and the benefit of the doubt. I was very polite I called him back and asked him do we use our own water because I truly didn't know he literally YELLS at me and says what the HELL do you expect!? Yes we use your water! How the hell do you think we get it done!? And he said where else can you get carpet clean so cheap from? I said money isn't the issue I had a simple question and for you to become

Hagay was very nice and quick to respond via Yelp. He quoted me the lowest so I went with him.
His employee showed up on time but unfortunately something with the van wasnt working so he had to reschedule to 2 days later. When he arrived, he also explained that price was more because I had 2 stories (make sure you are detailed when getting a quote)
At the end, they ended up honoring the original quoted price.
Hagay was very thorough and made sure to spend more time on stains. He said my carpet overall was in great condition so did it in an eco friendly way, with some shampoo, vacuum and steam

Guy went above and beyond! Unbelievable customer service. He came to my apartment same day (on a Sunday) to save my couch and carpet from a nasty red wine stain. He was courteous, extremely professional, and fair. He could have charged me way more than what he did, but he is an honest man. I would highly recommend him for any carpet service you may need!

Echo is the absolute best! I have been using them for about a year now for my rental property and I would not go any where else! Guy is super responsive and accommodating to my hectic schedule. Ray has been our technician the past few cleanings and he is awesome. Very fast and friendly and always in and out and sometimes working around a house full of a cleaning crew! Always my go-to!

I am very disappointed with this company. I made an appointment for next day service and was assured service and quoted a reasonable price. Two hours later I received a call telling me they could not provide service because they do not have technicians available. I declined service from two other companies to go with this company. I guess going for the lowest price is not always best. Because then you get low price service.

This is my first poor Yelp review. I truly support businesses when they do a good job but our experience was not. I went with Echo because of the fantastic reviews & maybe with carpet they are great, but tile was another story. We paid for tile flooring cleaning of our main area and bathrooms our grout was really bad, pretty much black and normally a light gray. We were quoted $931 to clean and reseal the grout with a water based sealer.
Fast forward to cleaning day, they show up and we get talked into upgrading our service to an acrylic based sealer. We agree, and now we're at an $1

Where do I start, I had my girlfriends family coming over and needed same day carpet service. I called several places and Echo Carpet was the only one that was able to get out the same day, they also dint make me feel like I was a crazy person for asking for the quick service.
The carpet cleaning turned out great, I forgot to mention to Guy that I needed my rug cleaned (I was gone during carpet cleaning) I called Guy after and I have never dealt with such amazing customer service, he came back out and took care of my rug.

+ easy to schedule ( I was able to schedule my appointment for the next day )
+ got a call about 45 minutes before
+job was done pretty fast, they even offered to move some of my furniture around for a better cleaning
+ the carpet looks new and smells good, after babysitting my friends dog it was much needed.
+ reasonable price, no weird extras or things they didn't tell you about
It's my 3rd time using this company and i will definitely use them in a future.

Upon arrival we walked the house together and he explained his game in plan and made me it very clear that because our carpet was in good condition, I wouldn't need any additional add-ons. He reassured me that I shouldn't spend more then I need. A very selfless thing to say that instantly gained my trust.
