Absolutely terrible customer service. We didn't have a choice in using them as American Home Shield chose them through our home warranty.
Our furnace went out, it's below 40 degrees, and they couldn't get someone out for 2 weeks to help us. We have two kids (6 & 8) who have both caught a cold because of this. With COVID this has been a constant scare sending them to school. We have to wear jackets in our house and it's so cold we can physically see our breath, so I called NW Sundance to ask why something so critical is taking so long to get looked at. They said because they're severely understaffed

Sundance came to replace my water heater . Few months later my water heater started leaking. I called American Home Shield and they told me I had to pay again to have Sundance check their mistakes.
I also had Sundance come out to give me an estimate recently because my kitchen sink was leaking. Sundance quoted me 600 dollars and told me basically the garbage disposal and almost the whole kitchen sink had to replaced.
I went ahead and got a 2nd estimate from a different plumbing company and come to find out that the repair only cost 150 dollars plus the garbage disposal doesn't have to be replaced

Kenny was the most persistent, patient and kind technician who fixed my furnace when I thought all hope was lost. He effectively explaining the problem and expertly implemented the solution. A good human being and great technician. The office was very responsive and kind when it came to scheduling.

Really difficult to get to them to make an appointment. The technician sent to my house seems in a hurry and wanted to leave asap. He recommended me throw things away and in the end I need to re-order the parts that was thrown away. If it weren't the from the home warranty, I doubt if they would still be in business.

This company was selected by my warranty company to fix my non-working water heater. Everything started with a schedule one week out. After a visit needed part was ordered, 10 days later when the part was delivered it was 7 more days before they could come to install it. THIS ENTIRE TIME I HAD NO HOT WATER! WHEN THEY CAME, They discovered that the part was wrong. Another order... 10 days later the part was still not here. They reordered the part and the same thing - 10 days to receive the part, 7 days to schedule a visit... Overall I did not have hot water for TWO MONTHS! Ended up working with

Referred by AHS to diagnose my hot water heater problem. Customer service is very unprofessional and rude. I am not sure despite so many bad review why AHS is still using this company. am going to give this feedback to AHS as well to remove this company from their list or they'll loose customers.

NW Sundance sent out a plumber to our house, as part of our American Home Shield policy, to fix a leak in the wall. They can put but barely explored the problem, opened up the ceiling- thought maybe it was a leak from the toilet seal above- "fixed" that (it wasn't the problem and was fine) then didn't do anything else to check out if the leak was still happening (it was).

When we called them to let them know the leak wasn't fixed, they set a return date for a few days later (water was still leaking into and through our wall) but then the day of they cancelled because

Do not use. Water heater leaking only one year after $2000 install, and they will not repair. They do not stand behind or warranty their work.

American Home Shield also sent out NW Sundance to look at issues in my bathroom that were called out from an inspection report. The certified plumber spent maybe 15 minutes, looked at my toilet, looked at my sink and declared, I needed a new sink and they would not cover it and that the toilet was fine. He never ran any water through the sink to determine where the leak was. I asked for a report so I could submit this to the buyer and was sent an email that consisted of 2 lines, mostly abbreviations and not everything he told me. I called no less than 1/2 a dozen times to get him and/or the company

The service guy was fine but dealing with the company office was terrible . Once the service guy came out diagnosed the hot water needed to be replaced, Getting a appointment to come back and replace it was next to impossible. The service guy told me they were booked for three weeks out.

Next when I called on June 28 and did not come out until July 7 after 10 days they finally showed up with out a hot water heater. Poor service, at least they could have asked what kind of heater I had and been prepared to fix rather than confirm what we already knew as the hot water heater leaked all over the

HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE! I was on the schedule for technician to come out to look at my AC. They were a NO CALL and NO SHOW even after I confirmed the time earlier that day and called 15 min before the end time when told tech was late and they assured me they would still be there.
When calling the following day to get them to my house, they said they can't get me scheduled same day.
WHAT? You miss a scheduled window from 2pm - 5pm and now can't be here for 5 days. NO NO NO. The service industry means YOU FIX your schedule to get here today since you were a no show yesterday.

They came to diagnose my hot water heater's pilot light not staying on. Tech tried to just light it and leave. I explained to him the issue (clearly he didn't read his notes), and he asked "what do you want me to do about it?" Uh...OK, I say "I want hot water." More staring. I say "I read on Google replacing the thermocoupler could be the issue?" so he allegedly does that.

He doesn't test if it fixed the issue; surprise, it didn't. I then call them to get a follow-up appointment (and BTW, calling them means calling them 10 times. They don&apos

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in quite some time. Service call fee was waived by my home warranty company due to confusion with the repair and the fact that NW Sundance was a no show for the first appointment. When NW invoiced, I let them know the fee was waived. They refused to call warranty company to confirm and threatened to send the bill to collections. I’m now working with my home warranty company to resolve, but such a headache!

They were sent from American Home Shield as the contractor to fix a pressure release valve. They fixed the issue, but left a hole in the wall, which they then claimed was there before. Didnt even bother to clean up the mess afterwards. Blatant unprofessional dishonest folks. Will be filing a complaint soon. So far, 3 phone calls to AHS and they are not owning up to this. Will never use them again for anything. Caveat emptor folks.

HORRIBLE customer service. They cancelled on us 3 times the day before they were supposed to come.. The real problem was not even the fact that they couldn't make their appointments but that they were so difficult and rude over the phone. Hire anyone but NW sundance services.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I went through First American Home Warranty and had a very difficult time reaching someone to set up an appointment, but when the tech came (unfortunately didn't catch his name) I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Basically he could have replaced our water heater but he knew it wouldn't be covered by insurance because the water heater was basically still functioning, so he fixed what he thought was the problem (turned up way too high) instead of just replacing it and causing us to have to pay like $2k out of pocket. Really really
