Since 1995, Cole Management and Engineering (CME) has provided transportation and infrastructure-related program, project, and construction management services to public agencies throughout the Bay Area. In addition to managing paving, roadway, streetscape, utility, and major transportation infrastructure projects, CME develops and integrates multi-media creative services to support our clients in communicating both internally and externally.

Services
CME's approach to and understanding of a client's needs is informed by our work for other agencies and will build our scope upon a collaborative relationship. CME uses our industry leading experience in implementing new technologies and setting project controls to provide greater visibility into projects in real-time.
CME staff have expertise in preparing presentations for board meetings, public meetings, trade shows, and conferences. We employ numerous programs to meet client needs including PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and After Effects. The presentation to the right was prepared in partnership with BART, CCTA, and other consultants for a Construction Management Association of America Symposium.
CME provides Construction Management Services to public agencies for infrastructure projects including bridges, roadways, overpasses, storm drains, sewers, ADA improvements, parks, and other facilities. With our extensive knowledge of eConstruction tools and techniques, we ensure projects are completed per the contract specifications.
