Although Tammy Tallant Law has an office space for face-to-face meetings, most of the communications will occur through a secure cloud-based service. All documents, pleadings, and correspondences will be stored on client's personal portal, which the client can access from any computer with internet access.

I highly recommend Tammy Tallant. I contacted Tammy initially for a consult to help me handle a very difficult tenant situation with a rental I own. I've been a landlady for 20 years but this problem was quite outside my skill set. Tammy reviewed my communication logs with the tenant and was able to advise me as to the best way to proceed. Later, as the the situation deteriorated I hired her to take over all communication with the tenant. She was very detail oriented. Tammy assisted us with a real estate transaction involving an owner-carry on a house my parents lived in prior to moving from there into a nursing home. The purchaser was not following through with the agreement initially made and when we tried to get them to move out of the house they got an attorney.
