I'm currently a tenant looking for a way out of here. I've only been here since November and I've already been threatened with eviction for forgetting to switch ameren over in my name. As of the 5th when the building inspector brought them, without notice, with 2 other people they've been bugging me nonstop since then unless it's a weekend. I'm physically getting sick from the amount of stress I'm in because of this, I'm being threatened with eviction because I won't open the door for them because I'm in self Quarantine. I'm a victim of domestic abuse already and he knows my address somehow and

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Charlie, one of the employees, was always incredibly rude to us whenever we walked into his office and he was always accusing us of things we did not do. I highly recommend anyone living in Macomb not rent an apartment from Foresite unless you want a landlord that does not care about you at all.

The worst management I have EVER experienced in my 5 years of renting in Lexington. Staff refused to fix issues such as replacing cigarette burned furniture from the first tenant. Why didn’t they charge that tenant and replace? Because they never did the inspection after they moved out. My hot water tank took 2 MONTHS for them to replace. Not because the tank took a while to come in but because they wouldn’t believe me when I told them I had been taking cold showers. Just terrible.

Foresite is the Realty Company that manages Abbey Lane Apartments(fka) Barrington Bridge in Chesterton, Indiana. I lived there for 6 months while waiting to move into my new house. My husband & I paid all the fees, paid our rent on time every month and abided by the lease rules/regulations. We were told the security deposit would be refunded in 45 day. We moved out in December 2017. After going back and forth with the office manager and Foresite we have yet to see our security deposit. I spoke with Heather Arcari, financial analyst at Foresite. She told me she would check into it and

I've voiced complaints about my unit both verbally and in writing and nothing... Absolutely nothing has been done in over 10 months.
No working refrigerator...
A large hole in my bathroom wall placed there by contractors and left open to air with mold and bugs coming out...
Buildings full of drugs and drug dealers...
No security...
No door codes...
Broken mail boxes...
Broken elevators...
Rats and roaches...
Retaliation for complaints...
The list goes on and on. Do not rent from them or any realty companies that Foresite works with... For example, Horizon Lake

Horrible business company that threatens to charge their tenants with a $50 clean up fee for having plants on your balconies and patio furniture. When they first took management from the connor group, who allowed patio furniture and plants on the balcony foresite allowed it for the first year as well. Now coming into the second year of owning this property they changed their terms of lease and are threatening to throw anyone's plants and patio furniture away. According to Ohio law a company is not allowed to change anything in their lease while in a contract with a tenant. so if they contract allowed
