On February 5, 2019 I spoke with Mr. Strausser and I was told I would receive a proposal from him early the next week. Over a month later I have not received a proposal or heard from Mr. Strausser. I have two calls into his assistant, and still have yet to hear back from him. Very poor service and an all around waste of my time.
