We are doing a complete remodel of our bathrooms. When they first showed up to replace some valves (main water valve and replace others in the bathrooms) they hadn't contacted the city to mark the yard for the turn off. Then, even with a team of employees here they didn't get everything finished after having the water turned off all morning. They had to come back another time, even they had been here a day before I had to tell the same guy what we hired them to do again. They had a missed appointment after that to do some more work we needed done, it took them a few days to finally get back which

Right out of the gate we were very impressed with their response time. Although I had to leave a message on their voicemail, it did not take long for Vanessa to call me back and schedule a date for someone to come out and give us a bid on our project. They sent out two very young men that appeared to be a little too inexperienced for this caliber of a job. At one point I witnessed one of them on YouTube trying to figure out how to install my faucet. Once they did finish he informed me that they did not have a particular tool needed to install our drain and would return tomorrow. Day 2: He installed

We asked to have two hose bibs replaced.
Pros: the hose bibs are a vast improvment over what we had before. The repair fixed cheap leaking bibs that we couldn't get replacement parts for. They are a lot more solid than what we had before. The connections to the house pipe look clean and neat and we are not worried that the joints will hold or that the faucets will last for a while.
Cons: A little sloppy with the techniques for locating the pipe inside the house. The tech estimated by site rather than taking measurements so the guesses were off by several feet and as a result, they cut several
