Great service!! I've never 100% liked a haircut til this place! If you don't like your cut, they'll allow you to go back within the first 5 business days to get a free redo! My hair looks exactly like the picture I showed my stylist. I will definitely keep going back! The prices were phenomenal. I was charged only $12 for my cut even though on the site it said a cut from New Talent would be $26.

Updated my review for 1 reason only! I want to make clear that all the services they provided me personally were great.
My review is now 1 star because of the lack of a clear chain of command for employees. My daughter worked there and was part of what she considered a dysfunctional working system under the current management. My daughter and I were personally lied to and deceived by various management personnel. I wish I didn't have to leave this review but I pride myself on being honest.

Only completing as requested by Google. Can update if and when service occurs. Have been trying to schedule for weeks. Finally they had a time open that (if I moved my work week around) would work. Arrived for my appointment to be told that they called 30 minutes prior to let me know my appointment would need to be rescheduled. As I work 45 minutes away, I was driving in and don't answer my phone when driving (nor would it had made a difference). Rescheduled again and will have to make more adjustments .Hoping that after a month of trying, can get my hair done.

The salon side quality has went way down in the last few years. This was the last time I let them mess me up. No care when washing, no protecting products before heat styling, misunderstood my wants and instead of confirming she cut huge chunks off my top layer giving me an entirely new hairstyle I do not like. I could have gotten better at great clips. Or doing it myself, blindfolded. "Rose" 👎👎👎

I always go here for wedding updos and I'm never disappointed. I feel so bad I forgot the name of the student who did my hair this last time, but she was friendly, not overly talkative, and my hair stayed in place in a high bun the whole day with only 15 pins, 4 tiny rubber bands, and a big hair tie! Super affordable and will always recommend it.
