Very unprofessional. The first call I received from Kim, in the billing dept., was while I was still in the hospital. She called at 10pm and disturbed my sleep. Kim also made 2 more calls to me about my bill & what I owe. Kim is not prepared when she calls & demands money before it has a chance to go through my insurance co. On these 3 calls, Kim was always confused & would make me wait while she got her thoughts together to continue her sentence. I don’t recommend this Co.!!!!!

Very unprofessional. My son is a patient of theirs and they dropped the ball getting the drs orders for the new recert. I texted his nurse Sunday and was informed at that time they were having trouble getting it, but they were working on it so I texted nurse Monday night and was told they still didn’t have it. But yet no one called me from the office to let me know there was an issue. I texted the dr Monday night and he took care of it this morning. I have to have Christy call me that was at 9 am and at this moment there has not been a call so apparently the care of my son doesn’t matter. I

Nurses and physical therapist were great. Getting supplies so they can do their job is another story. After a month of seeing them 2 -3 times, still no supplies to dress my wound. Allcare says it is between the supply company and my doctor. The supply company says Allcare isn't sending them what they need. I'm tired of them blaming everyone else and not taking responsibility for not following up when the nurses told them we never got them.
UPDATE: We did FINALLY receive the needed supplies, AFTER the nurses stopped coming. We had been buying the supplies at the stores ourselves. Medline refused

Home health care nurse was suppose to show up and change dressing at 530 came to the house where Family who is unable to walk due to injury lives upstairs and knocked then left; did not call nor attempt to locate anyone to try and come inside. Called to try and get them to come out after the nurse left and they refused. Unacceptable puts patient at high risk for infection considering the injury that was sustained. Do not recommend this company!

My father has been on services with this company for several months The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses and therapist are efficient and on time with appointments. The office staff is professional and is always willing to answer our questions. I would highly recommend this agency to take care of your friends and family.

I am very disappointed in the nursing wound care and customer services provided by this home health company for my large abdominal wound. This company never called me to confirm services or an appointment once the referral was made from the hospital. I had to call them on more than one occasion to confirm when the nurse would be out for the initial visit. I was given a time frame between 8:30-9:00. The nurse did not show up until 10:20am. Once the nurse got to my house- she didn’t have any supplies with her and appeared very unorganized and not prepared. She did not wash her hands once while

We get a call in the a.m. telling us we have an appointment for the same day. The agency needs to let their clients know in advance when the nurse or therapist is coming. Not the same day. A schedule needs to be set so a client can plan appointments around the therapy or nurse visits. Therapy appointments need to be on time. As of to date we still have not had an evaluation for therapy and the patient has been out of the hospital since 4/10/2018.
