I would have never gone back if I had known the doctor that delivered my last child sold it to someone else. I have been waiting on medication since Friday, called Monday, and was told thAt I would have my meds called in before they closed. I took it as if the doctor was going to call in still nothing tomorrow is Tuesday, and my husband told me to go to my PCP, which I plan to in the morning Tuesday. Soooo….my appointment was at 2 pm… it’s almost 4pm and I still haven’t seen the doctor. This is not the first time the doctor has been way behind. Maybe it’s worth it if you don’t mind waiting for hours to be seen every time you have to see the doctor then maybe this place is worth it. It’s very inconsiderate and I will not be back.

Ty is a fantastic nurse practitioner! She takes time with the patient to address concerns and is very thorough. Not only does she provide excellent care, but it is important to her that the patient is informed about their health and care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care!

This is my first pregnancy and after searching for many OB's, I chose Dr. Marc Jean-Gilles. I have not regretted that choice yet and i'm halfway through! He has had to deliver babies during my scheduled appointments, but ALWAYS gives updates on when he will be back. I never mind because I just imagine, what if that were me. I feel so comfortable and informed of every process of this pregnancy thanks to the Doctor and his staff. I look forward to the remainder of this pregnancy and future pregnancies to come at this practice. I recommend this practice to first time mother's as well

Dr. Jean-Gilles & Staff are exceptional. This is our second baby with the same doctor. They are very professional, down to earth and confident beyond the measure of a textbook. This OB/GYN knows his craft. This practice is relaxed but holds itself to a high standards. I do not know what has been going on lately with this staff but they are slacking. I came in sometime early December 2020 to inquire about getting my birth control removed. At first I was told to come in a week to get it done but while I was there to fill out order papers to go ahead and get another one installed. I come back ready for my appointment and then I was told they don’t have any birth controls with them & that my order won’t be here till May. I scheduled my appointment for May 6 and I checked my app for a reminder and I see nothing is there. I call up to find out my appointment is

Dr. Marc Jean-Gilles does not provide care for advanced pregnancies and I can say Dr. Marc Jean-Gilles does not offers compassionate and attentive women’s health care services at Abundant Life Healthcare in Lawrenceville for everybody.
They refuse to offer me care because I am advanced pregnancie (healthy pregnancy with insurance with all up-to-date analyzes and very good results ), the reason was simple, with no explication "The clinic's policy is not to receive clients who are in advanced pregnancy". Simple as that!
I will leave it to you to choose if there is compassion

I must say that overall the staff is amazing- Especially the receptionist!!!They’re very polite, professional and knowledgeable!! However, with my being an EXTREMELY high risk pregnancy I was supposed to be planning for a scheduled C-section and was NEVER given an actual date! Once I turned 28 weeks up until I was almost 36 weeks I was constantly asking about when I was going to be put on the schedule. Well the day before I was to go into the office to FINALLY discuss a date, I had gone into labor!! I feel like the ball was TOTALLY dropped in this case. Great expierence! Dr Jean-Giles delivered both my babies and I’m so grateful that he did! There’s no one else I’d trust more than him! Office visits were usual wait, I always made them on non busy days. Staff is super nice, and the NP always made me feel at ease! Would 10/10 come back for my next pregnancy- if we decided on more bundles of joy! But absolutely love this office and the experience I’ve had in the last 3 years!

I'm a new patient and I've had nothing but the best experience working with Roxanne Rios. I was having an insurance issue and she was so patient and understanding with me. She went above and beyond to help me get taken care of and always answers any questions I have. Roxanne has great customer service skills! The ultrasound nurse is very talented and kind, the nurse that did my blood work is very nice and was so quick. Dr. Jean-Gilles was quick to see me at my scheduled time and I felt very comfortable and at ease that he is going to take good care of me and my baby. I look forward to every appointment

I came here in December of 2018. Many things were awful: there was a 2 hour wait time, they said they took my insurance and then made me pay for everything, the doctor spent the little time I had talking with me about a topic completely unrelated to health, AND he never faxed the prescription over to my pharmacy so the entire thing was a waste. All in all, DO NOT come here.

I was given little to no information. The front staff didn't know much, nor were they timely about anything.
My very first appt, they came in after my appt time (1:30pm) with food and laughing. Did not greet me or apologize for the wait whatsoever. They expected me to know how there office works although it was clearly my FIRST time being there. I didn't get sent home with any pamphlets or anything about the pregnancy.
My second appt and last straw with them... i was told i would recieve

This is my first pregnancy and I love the staff each day I come in I know they'll make me laugh and feel comfortable my doctor is very nice and dose a great job with not having me worry about every little thing that's going on with me which I find very important because it is my first pregnancy but I really love this office

By far, the WORST experience I've ever had! I made sure to be early (about thirty minutes before my appointment) but was not seen for another hour. The wait was horrendous and not worth it. After finally getting seen, you could tell the doctor had other things to do because that was the most rushed appointment I've ever had. He kept talking over me, not answering my questions, and completely ignoring the request (and reason for the appointment). Towards the end, he called the appointment a "waste of time." I switched from Gwinnett Physicians Group (which was a terrible experience) to Abundant Life Healthcare early on in my pregnancy and it was the best decision i could’ve made. Ever since the beginning of my pregnancy the doctors and staff made me feel like i was family. Dr. Jean-Gilles is an amazing doctor, he takes his time with his patients to answer any and all questions you may have & gives you very useful information each & every visit. he has made my overall experience better than i could’ve imagined. The location here in lawrenceville is HORRIBLE. The front office staff is the absolute worst, they do not inform you of anything important. Ive had to call a million times for multiple things. Im usually a very calm person but I have been trying to get my records released for two weeks now and the front office girl keeps giving me excuses. As for all my muslim ladies looking all this review, I would advise you stay far away from this practice as possible.

The best doctor we have dealt with for anything over the years!! 10 Stars!! Dr. Jean-Gilles has safely delivered our two babies. The entire process has been enjoyable and he always takes his time to explain and answer any questions we have. We recommend him weekly to our friends.
