We turned to Spotless Restoration to help us when our home was hit hard during Winter Storm Uri. We had extensive water damage and mold and the entire 2000 sqft of the first level of our home had to be taken down to cement slab and studs (for the bottom 18-24" of the walls). They removed and replace hardwood and tile, drywall, kitchen cabinets and island, insulation, remedied mold and painted for our entire downstairs. We also had damage to a window that was replaced. Spotless Carpet Cleaners did a really good job. My Tech was Rick. He took his time and cleaned my carpets much better than the last company I had. We have German shepherds and kids. We get our carpets cleaned often. There were no hidden fees. Rick was really nice and professional. He explained everything he was going to do. My carpet looks brand new. I hope all the Techs are like Rick. Hard workers that do a great job are hard to come by these days. If you can ask for Rick for your Tech.

Jeff was very quick to respond to the water damage we experienced from our recent freeze disaster. The quality of the work was good up to a point when I questioned the billing and the completion of the work. I feel like he took advantage of not only me, but the insurance company as well.
