First of all I want to start off saying they will literally try to make you stay even though you don’t want to they’ll keep insisting and they’ll leave you in the room for 30mins then come back and keep asking. Secondly they always change their prices, like they’ll give you one price then change it when you don’t agree to their terms. It’s such an ugly environment. Last that I went I heard both doctors yelling at one another. Just such an unpleasant visit.

Had someone call me by the name of Paola, after I expressed to them months ago I didn’t want to do business with them anymore due to their lack of professionalism. After I told the lady to stop calling me and… harassing me to book an appointment, the lady used profanity towards me, told me to “pull up” as if she wanted to cause violent physical harm towards me. These people are absolutely ghetto and are basically a bunch of “hood rats”. I filed a police report, and will be contacting the “BBB” to file a report of harassment’s towards them.

I came here on June for a cleaning and the doctor found two cavities. In addition to treating those cavities, she decided to replace some metal fillings that I had previously with the tooth colored fillings. While doing so, she popped something on my right jaw and misaligned my bite. I returned 3 times complaining about the bite and pain coming from the jaw down to my neck and the doctor just gave me a mouthwash and told me to "wait for the bite to realign itself." I had to go to another dentist who told me the doctor at AllHeart botched one of the fillings and the nerve was dying, so I had to

They tried to get me to leave a good review for each one of their locations, and when I didn't, they said they would no longer be willing to do the filling I just paid for, at the price we had agreed I would pay. All I said was that it's shady for you to ask customers to leave a good review for like 4 different locations when they've only been to one of them. After saying I wasn't willing to do that, I just went ahead and got my cleaning and it took literally 12 minutes, if that. Not thorough at all. I feel as though they were annoyed with me for saying something, either that or they just always

I needed a deep cleaning so I called to get pricing. Was told $250 for deep cleaning over the phone. Made an appointment. Did x rays immediately then they left me sitting in the exam chair for an hour. Nurse came in and told me the cleaning is $450. Predatory. Wasted my morning. Feels like they are doing whatever possible to get people in the building. They never stop calling. Both my wife and I are continuously spammed. I regret putting my info into their website.

If I can give this facility a zero star I would definitely give it, but lets start with the first time I was there, I went for a consultation for a root canal I needed at that moment, 7 month past and I'm checking my insurance claims for something else I needed and I saw that on that day (my first visit) they charge my insurance a cleaning I never got done, when I call my insurance they told me to call them back and let them they needed to take that out of the claim because that's actually fraud, so I proceed to call, talk to front desk, talk to the manager David, he mention that if it was on my

I really couldn’t make this up. After all the hell All Heart dental has put me through, after I have spent over $3000 in less than a year, the implant doctor has gone missing in the middle of my service. I’ve only seen the dr once since March 2021. My stitches were not taken out in a timely manner. After two months, I have not even had my wellness… check to see the progress of how my surgery even healed. This seems as if I’m getting services done by a back door dental office. I’m actually going to a certified dental office that don’t care about my mouth! I&rsquo

(Since I’m not being offered a means of rating this business, I’d like to clarify that I’d give it a 0/5 if I could.)
Good manners prevent me from saying what I really wish, so I will simply state the facts of my case. I saw the dentist at the Allheart Dental in Red Oak, David Xiao, on 11/19/2019. It was the same day the building was hit by a car;… my appointment was literally right after that happened. I was placed in an examination room with a partially-collapsed wall from the impact. My child was placed in the neighboring examination room. I was later moved.

My husband had an infection after a root canal. They said both my girls had cavities and when I refused to fill cavities in baby teeth, they opted for another treatment, sealing, instead. They found "12 cavities" on me and yes, it's been a few years, but I've never had them before in my life. I was aware I had two. Only my teeth no longer line up… and I'm in such pain because the fillings let every sensation straight into my nerves I can't eat on one side of my mouth. I did say at the appointment one tooth felt to big and they said the sensitivity would go away.

I dont recommend this place at all. I asked for Thursday and Friday off because I had a wisdom teeth removal appointment on Thursday and they dint confirm it with the wisdom teeth guys so now I'm loosing 200 dollars a day from my job that I'm not there and all for nothing. Not to mention my employer really needed me these two days so they were pretty upset and now I'm going to have to ask for more days off. Terrible specially when I already paid 800 and change to the office for that appointment.
