But we understand how to work with children and we make the experience relaxing and fun for both children and parents. We do not, and never will, provide any chemical service in our salon. We maintain this strict policy in order to guarantee a clean and healthy, chemical free environment for you and your children.

I have been taking my entire family there for over 10 years and they always deliver high quality service, great haircuts and a wonderful environment. I have worked with Yong, she is experienced and extremely knowledgeable about children's hair. My mom took me there when I was 1 year old for my first haircut and I've been Lollicut customer for 10 years.
Some kid's hair salons might sing their own praises or brag about how good they are, but we let the public media and our customers decide how good LOLLICUT haircuts are. Los Angeles Magazine selected LOLLICUT in its annual edition of Best of LA in 2005 as the Best Kid's Haircut.

The haircuts are subpar. But we kept coming because they were quicker than most and our 6 year old is sensitive in the chair. The worst parts are… They never keep their appointments. If you walk in, they’ll take you over an appointment and make the appointment wait. They also ask EVERY SINGLE TIME if we are new customers. We have been coming here for over a year. Use a computer to keep track of customers. A planner is primitive. They also overbook. We saw our name on the list for a specific barber and she took other clients over us. Three stars for how nice they are, two stars for actual hair cutting ability. I have three small children and have been only taking them to this place, since about 2017. By now, I've had more bad haircuts than I have good and the pleasant nature of the staff no longer cuts it. No pun intended. Both of my girls are still growing out awful haircuts from the beginning of august. They've started cutting on my daughters hair TWICE without asking me first and both times it was way too short with way too much hair off. I take 1-3 kids at a time so I'm not just standing over one child watching

Wonderful place for kids haircuts. Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Stylists are so kind, responsive, very experienced. They involve you in cutting your kids hair every step of the way. They don't have a way to wash hair beforehand, so we come with wet hair, or they can do dry cuts with spray water bottles.

Appointments are meaningless at this place. I made a 10am appointment on Saturday with Wendy and was told that the salon opens at 10. We showed up right at 10 and it was full of kids and parents and Wendy had just begun to cut some other kid's hair. Meanwhile, the family in front of us had a 10:45 appointment but the salon went ahead and seated them (the mom made sure to hustle into the door right before us.) The woman answering the phones seemed flustered and yelled at Wendy a few times across the salon that her appointment was here (Wendy just ignored her.) The phone woman was also a hair

I definitely do not recommend this place. It was my sons first hair cut. We got an Asian lady that was rushing us. She had absolutely no patience. Don’t work with kids if you have no patience. Also we had an appointment at 2:15 and did not get seated until 2:49. This was definitely not the experience I wanted for my sons first hair cut. Absolutely terrible!! And there was no certificate given or his hair.

This place is so great! My son used to flip out like someone was murdering him every time he got his haircut. 2 visits to Lollicut and he's a pro. They have the cute cars to sit in, movies, candy. The whole package. Hats off for the hairstylist. They literally cut hair while kids do acrobats. We are officially loyal customers now.

Temperature checks before entering the facility? The safety of their customers is their highest priority? That's NOT the experience I had.
There was "NO" temperature check when we walked in. I saw many other families entering the facility and not once was there a temperature check for either the children or their parents.
Then, at the beginning of my Daughter's haircut, the Stylist literally took off my girls mask, "WITHOUT" asking my permission. Endangering her life for what? To make her job a little easier? Luckily I was right there and put her mask back on

Called the same day for an appointment and they took us in. The ladies were super sweet to us. My 15 month didnt even cry our stylist was Kelly and she was so gentle and fast with our little man. He got a 1st hair cut certificate and we got to keep some of his hair. We will definitely be making the trip back

I've been hesitant to bring my son for a hair cut. reasons: not sure what style I wanted, my son gets fussy very fast , the hairstylist patience, covid etc. I finally found Lollicut and decided to bring my son before his 3rd birthday as he is over due for a cut.
Wait time was not too long, and with the plenty station car seats my son was enjoying looking which car to play with. So he was having fun while we waited.

How this business has so many five stars I don't understand. I will never take my kids here anymore. My wife took my daughter and son for a haircut today and I'm glad my son didn't want to get his haircut. Michelle cut my daughters hair and completely ruined it. Horrible salon to take your kids. The place is dirty. They don't clean the floors and countertops.
Wendy helped and tried to fix it the best she can, which I thank her for. Parents think twice before taking your kids here. Save your money and time, NOT WORTH IT!

Went for a haircut for my 21-month son. Our appointment was at 9:30 and the owner and crew showed up at 10 so we were waiting outside for the whole time. My son ended up having scratches and a minor cut in the back of his neck and when we were ready to pay with card the stylist said we are not accepting card today. Chase bank is right next door.

Best place to get your child's haircut. The place is always clean and has such a kid friendly atmosphere. The employees are so patient and know a variety of new hairstyles as well as classic haircuts for kids. I really recommend Young who is so sweet and very experienced with kids haircuts. The children sit on different cars of their choice to make getting their haircut a little more comfortable. Even the clippers they use are so quiet compared to the ones at normal barber shops. While you wait, they have movies playing (had Disney's Moana playing last time I went) and a Nintendo 64 gaming system
