I called this company for a shower leak - 24 hour emergency service. They didn’t show on the first day.
I guess I should be grateful that they finally called me that night and said we won’t actually make it today but we will be there in the morning?
Of course They didn’t show up again the next day. After repeated calls they finally came out on the 3rd day, never called me, and then didn’t do any repair. The technician cut a hole in the ceiling and said there’s no leak.Uhmmm. The water was pouring through the ceiling. Still pours through the ceiling when you run the water. It’s leaking

GREAT experience Had a gas line leak on Saturday evening, left a message and got a return call within minutes. Nathan arrived at the house, surveyed the problem returned to his shop to get parts and came back and fixed problem by noon on a Sunday. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Sent pictures of repair before leaving which was great since I'm in St. Louis. Called 3 other companies who didn't call back til Monday morning

Do not trust this company. I hired them for a whole house re pipe. They showed up the first day unprepared to work. They had 4 guys working and only dug a trench for the first days work. The second day they no showed. They would not return phone calls. I went to the office and the manager refused to meet with me. They may be good for small jobs, but cannot handle all plumbing issues. *****In response to the owner. I am positive that I contacted Acme Plumbing. The job was contracted over a year ago. After the no show the second day, I went to the office in Destin with cash in hand and could not

Shawn with Acme Plumbing did a wonderful job. I have a vacation house and the guests had a problem with a leak under the sink. It was hard to find someone to actually answer an after-hours call, in spite of all the companies that claim to have it. Acme answered right away and they were at the house quickly, and fixed the problem within minutes. The rate was very reasonable, especially for an after hours call. I am very happy and my guests are too. Thank you Acme!!!

Had an issue at my place of employment that needed quick resolution. The Service Technician that responded was Bill Wilson and he provided fast and friendly service, and took the time to show me what exactly what was going on. Discovered water leaking out from under one of my bedroom walls at around 8PM, after calling a couple of other emergency plumbers to no avail, I left a message with Acme. Chris got in contact with me within a few minutes and was able to be at my house in less than an hour. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem as a pinhole leak in a pipe in my attic. Had it repaired in no time and the price wasn't crazy, considering the after hours nature of the emergency. Leak is fixed and the whole process was easy and professional. They're definitely my first call for plumbing emergencies now.
