Brink Lawyers, P.A. was founded by Lyman Brink in 1934. Mr. Brink was a well-known litigator, prosecutor, and judge, whose professional career lasted until his death in 1972. During that time Mr. Brink served almost continuously as County Attorney for Kittson County. He was deeply involved in business pursuits sitting on a number of bank boards and was a regent for the University of Minnesota.
We provide victims and their families with a free initial consultation in all personal injury cases. We can set up appointments to meet with you at your location if you are unable to come to our office. Injury cases are normally handled on a contingent fee basis, so clients never have to pay any up-front fees.

Malm is a 1974 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. Following graduation, Roger practiced law in Phoenix, AZ, for six years concentrating in the health care law area.
