The Queen Small Business course was extremely helpful for a new entrepreneur like me that had absolutely no idea where to start with bookkeeping. I appreciated that there were multiple ways to learn the content, including video. I can now say that I will have so much more confidence at tax time knowing that my bookkeeping is organized and up to date thanks to this course. I also appreciated that Melanie Queen was very responsive with any questions I had. I absolutely recommend this course for anyone that may feel overwhelm when thinking about bookkeeping.

Melanie's Bookkeeping Essentials course really kick started my ability to complete my own bookkeeping. I started out with little knowledge of what bookkeeping actually was or even how to go about doing it, but this course helped me get a general foundation and overview of the process I should follow as well as the software that can be used in order to do my own bookkeeping as a small business owner. I especially loved that Melanie makes herself available to you as you start that process. I highly recommend this course for the novice bookkeeper!!

This course was really helpful in laying out to set up a bookkeeping system for my business. The videos and handouts were clear and easy to implement - even for someone who doesn't have a background in finance! Melanie was incredibly responsive both in time and quality. She answered my questions that day and her responses helped to clarify any questions I had. I recommend this course to anyone looking for a way to establish a clear and easy bookkeeping system!
