Champs came through for me in a pinch. Another company was scheduled for me and they messed with my time ultimately making me cancel them. So I called champs and they were able to do the job for me within two hours. I have a surprise guest coming for my spouse so it was very important to me to get the job done. I'm calling them from now on. I also got some coffee from them!
Their proceeds go back into the community. We need more businesses like this! And we need more people supporting businesses like this. Keep the money in our communities! Don't use big company cookie cutter service

I had a very frustrating interaction with the owner, Kevin, while trying to get a quote for cleaning my carpets.
He seemed more interested in securing a deposit than providing me with an accurate estimate. I asked whether I can call him later to confirm the appointment, as his pushy attitude was giving me second thoughts and I wanted to think about it and not make a decision under pressure. Very friendly! they take their job serious and with Integrity. Kevin, the owner of Champs Carpet also in the coffee business and was persuaded to try one of his bags of coffee. I'll write a review on that when I receive my order.
He gave me a reasonable quote so I moved forward with the carpet cleaning. The carpet in my apartment had a lot of hard black stains they mentioned it was gonna be tough to get out but can make it happen. My initial thought was to clean the carpet on my own, but dreaded to do it.

I have a carpeted room with puppy stains and called 5 carpet cleaners and while everyone got back to me and gave me a quote, they were the cheapest (at first), the fastest and the most organized. Asking for a $25 deposit to come out and give an estimate seemed surprising (as no-one else did that) but I was willing to do that for the following reasons:
- coming out, looking at my carpet and giving an estimate, along with recommendations takes time and effort, so people should be paid for this
- if you end up hiring them, this gets applied, so you only "pay in vain" if you end up not using

I found a coupon on my car and called them up to clean my area rug. They were able to set me up with the same week appointment. They called 30 minutes before arrival and once again upon arriving. Donte and Kevin came in with masks on (very covid safe) and they cleaned my area rug (8 x 10) in 35 minutes! It was very speedy, very quick, very safe, and most of all very clean! The carpet ended up looking very clean and majority of the spots & nail polish stains were gone. They were both very friendly as well! Highly recommend for your carpet cleaning services!

Now that the carpet is dry, we can see how they washed and cleaned. We were forced to give review before seeing the result. Please read reviews before hire these guys. They will make you write review ASAP and won't leave until you do it. You can see the picture of my carpets, that even my husband tried to clean them today. This is scam and don't put the review until your carpet is dry.

I initially communicated with One Hour Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to get a quote. Satisfied with the price, I made an appointment for a few days later. When the time came, Donte and William from Champs Carpet showed up; however, I wasn't aware that they were not One Hour Carpet until later on.

I happened to find a coupon on the ground outside of a doc's appointment. My roommate and I were looking for a new roommate and needed to get the carpet cleaned. The coupon was for $39 for 350 sq. ft. The carpet was pretty bad (there's a rust stain in the BDRM) the hallway & part of the LR, so naturally it turned into $150 but it was totally worth it! Nearly Spotless! They were also very nice and professional.
