Overall great practitioners and clinic. But I can’t stand the front desk staff and process, usually they’re curt on the phone and the clinic has yet to invest in a appointment reminder system nor do they do reminder calls. So don’t forget to jot your dates like it’s 1999. Hope they move into the future soon..

I do NOT recommend this office. I called to schedule my appointment a few weeks in advance and was told a specific time and date for my specific doctor. I arrived on time and was told my doctor is not available but also that there was no appointment scheduled for me. They stated that the doctor had an emergency case, which I should have been notified at least 1-2 hours in advance. Or at least as soon as they knew this would happen. There was no call or email for this change in appointment. Our time is precious, this office does not respect it. The doctor is great, if you are looking for one. I

Firsthand I would like to mention the front office staff has been very kind and helpful every time when arriving for my appointments. I recently informed them of my insurance change for this new 2021 year and not only was the receptionist honest in telling me she wasn’t completely sure if my new coverage would be approved but made a point to pull some resources out to research while I was standing there and the other receptionist overheard and was willing to work together to make sure I wasn’t walking away feeling uneasy.

Dr Jacob is the best. I drive over 700 miles to see her. Sometimes my wait is a little long, only because she will never rush her patients. She takes time to listen and address each concern. She takes a personal interest in the care of each of her patients. She’s always responded quickly to my needs most often personally. I can’t say enough about her staff either. Each one of the show the same degree of caring. Dr Jacobs is amazing and if your lucky enough to have her your physician then your truly blessed.

I had a great experience with Dr. Means. She was thoughtful, thorough, and professional. I left with all of my questions answered and with a plan I felt comfortable with.
