Services
My entire world revolves around my own family, and I am willing to do anything to ensure that they will be taken care of, to the fullest extent possible, if anything ever happens to me. I believe that most people feel the same way. For that reason, I have chosen to dedicate my career to helping families and individuals plan for the future and protect the well-being of their loved ones.
As your estate planning attorney, we strive to serve you as people, not as a file. By focusing on your family's hopes, dreams and aspirations, we are able to combine our legal expertise to create plans that serve your family not only today, but well into the future. We offer prospective estate planning clients a complimentary initial consultation for general estate planning.
Many people believe that estate planning is only for people who are particularly wealthy, have elaborate schemes in mind for passing their money to their heirs, or for people who are acutely ill and contemplating their death. This could not be farther from the truth!

Estate planning is for every husband, wife, mother, father, grandparent, business owner, professional, or anyone else who has someone they care about, are concerned about providing responsibly for their own well being and for the well being of those they love, and for anyone who seeks to make a difference in the lives of others after they're gone.
Planning for a person with special needs involves planning so that the special needs individual does not become ineligible for essential government benefits. Special needs planning is not "poverty planning." It is unnecessary to disinherit a special needs person, but planning that is not designed with the person's special needs in mind will probably render the person ineligible for essential government benefits.
Due to the evolving financial climate, you can be perplexed about how to optimize your philanthropic giving and year-end tax planning when overwhelmed with a variety of charitable organizations that could utilize your resources. Assessing how much to efficiently give may involve selecting the organizations you care most about and contributing the appropriate items and cash to make a difference.

Through my work I have had many interactions with estate planning attorneys and when it was time to redo very outdated documents, there was no question about who should do it. Emily is by far the most efficient, thorough, and professional estate planning attorney I have met. She completely redid all of my then-husband's and my estate planning documents, including creating a new Trust, and helped me redo them again after my divorce. My parents and my sister and brother-in-law have all used her as well and everyone agrees that she is thoughtful, caring, and everything I previously mentioned

Emily Wirowek is "an ecyclopaedia of "Estate Law Knowledge".
My family has used her for years. We have a very complex situation, which Emily keeps operating smooth as a "Swiss Watch".

Thanks, Emily.

Stephanie and Emily came to our home and was able to help us navigate through the extensive criteria involved when estate planning.

They made it plain and simple for us to decide what is right for our current situation and left it open ended for future changes as well!

I would highly recommend these two for your planning needs!

I would give Emily 12 stars if I could....

I am a mobile notary and I help many many estate attorneys with their clients' estate plan signings. From my odd perspective, Emily is hands-down the best, most comprehensive attorney in all the land. The plans she creates for you have you completely covered, from the trust, the power of attorney and the advance health care directive and onto the HIPAA Authorization form, the pour-over will, the Trust Cert, a grant deed to move your property into the trust0, the county form that tells them this is not a taxable event and more.
