I truly feel I have never been treated so poorly by a company that professes to put customers first. On June 28th, we signed a contract after the estimator took a look at our lanai roof. He gave no indication it would be a problem to lay a new roof over the aluminum. Before departing he told us it would be 4 to 6 weeks before the install. In August I called asking when they would get to my roof. I was told they would call. I waited and then called again. I was given September 16th as the date, the crew showed up, then abruptly left without doing any work. No one on the crew had the decency to knock

I needed a new roof, so I contacted 2 roofers to get a estimate and I met with Aaron Segovia on a Saturday morning and he was on time. The moment I met him I trusted him and he was explaining to me in terms I could understand and I didn't feel he was up selling me like a Used Car salesman. So I bought the best he had and never looked back. He also told me 3 days of work and day 3 I came home from work and everything was done as promised. Thanks Aaron my neighbors will be calling you also. Great work!!!

Fair price and good work so far. Should be a four star but their area supervisor needs to be retrained or reassigned. It took a month to fix this problem that happened under his supervision. I'd still recommend them for the value.
After encountering problems with communication, I spoke with Rich at Bay to Bay and he got my issue resolved.
Bay to Bay gives a fair price and they were fast and it looks like they did a great job for the most part, but I had a headache for a month dealing because of their area supervisor, Mark, who was indifferent to my problems or the workmanshp. He was totally fine

(Geno) provided the initial quote, he showed up at the appointed time, was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. From the moment I contacted Bay to Bay Roofing concerning a new roof for my 100 year old home I was impressed. Geno, who handled the bid, was helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. Bay to Bay Roofing was a terrible experience for our family. They were very unprofessional and caused a lot of additional errors and damage to the roof decking and inside of the attic. When requested to inspect the damage they refused. They didn't tarp properly when rain came and caused water damage and water stains on the ceilings. Had I not been constantly writing letters and calling for them to come and fix their mistakes they would've walked away from the job without a care. One of the roofers even came and knocked on my door and asked me to call him a taxi! None of them wore masks

Can't recommend these guys enough. From start to finish it was a smooth process. Our rep took time to explain everything and not just drop an estimate and run. And he worked closely with us and our realtor to get our roof on the schedule and ready to go as soon as we closed so that we'd meet insurance requirements. Awful communication and customer service. Never could get a call back. Was given a project date and no one ever showed up. Was told they had a scheduling issue and it would be the next day....still nothing. After my 8th unanswered call to the office, I decided to drive to the office to try and find out what's going on. No one could reach any of the "technicians" and I was given excuse after excuse. After being told the tech was wrapping up a job and would be at my house in an hour, I went home and waited. 3 hours later, I drove back to the office (Again, after plenty of unanswered

I bought a remodeled home in January of this year. All of the interior and much of the exterior had been redone and updated except for the roof which is approximately 15 years old. In February, after a heavy rain, the roof leaked through an exhaust vent into my master bath. I called and got estimates from several roofing companies and ultimately decided on Bay to Bay because they had good online reviews, their employees dressed professionally, and they drove company vans and trucks with Bay to Bay logo on them. Just moved to Hudson, FL to a house site unseen. We knew we needed a new roof quickly and Anthony and his team knocked it out quickly and efficiently. They did a great job pulling all the old shingles off, replacing all the damaged/rotting wood, replacing the flashing, and laying the new shingles in 3 days. They coordinated the inspections and passed each one with ease. They did a great job cleaning up and picking up all the lose materials around the house and cleaning the gutters.
