I have been using Fifth Ave Services the past year. Their customer service and leadership is among the best, if not the best in the healthcare industry. In terms of the days to complete credentialing; I have received credentialing turn around with effective dates around the the 30 day mark in many cases, including BCBS. Having been in the healthcare industry over 25 years and having worked closely with contract and credentialing at different levels intermittently, I know what they are up against. In my professional opinion, this is a well organized team and led by some great decision makers. There

Digestive Disease Specialists, Inc. (Oklahoma City, OK) have been associated with Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services for nearly 10 years. Fifth Avenue staff are always professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. As healthcare evolves, Fifth Avenue helps us adapt to the changes. When our group adds new providers they are able to greatly expedite the process. Our new providers generate revenue much sooner than through a conventional credentialing process. I would highly recommend the services provided by Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services and the Primoris IPA for any group or individual provider practice

They also applied for a different NPI number and that caused issues as the claims were submitted with the NPI number the group had gotten and they didn't match. Now in December, still not on BCBS, Tricare, United. That's 8 months when their website states 30-90 days. They are very
