Two stars is generous. They sent someone out a week ago to figure out why 2 of our registers were leaking water. The person replaced a bleeder on one of the registers (upside down, incorrectly), cranked our thermostat up to 70* and over-pressurized the system, causing all 6 registers to start spitting and spraying hot water everywhere. Then he went in our basement, opened a valve on our boiler to release ALL the water from the system and flooded our basement with an inch of water without telling us. He then shut our system off completely (i.e. NO HEAT) came upstairs and told my husband that someone

Lack of communication, unprofessional demeanor, and disregard to customer statements.
Failed to state at the time of initial call they were only responding to "Emergency" situations, the "Emergency" stipulation was also not relayed by the technician that came. After waiting hours and calling back, was THEN informed that it was not an "Emergency"… . When we explained the situation, we were told we were not a priority. Once again, now aggravated, we stated that an additional drip was occurring following the technician visit and were not appreciating the fact we were feeling brushed off they
