One Spirit Massage and Bodywork is based on the concept that the Body and Mind are One. By having our body relaxed, and our mind in a state of harmony, healing and well being are enhanced. The various massage techniques accomplish body-mind integration, and after a discussion of options, each massage is designed to meet the client's individual needs.

Mark Thompson, LMT, BCTMB is the owner of One Spirit Massage Studio. He has been practicing massage and bodywork since 1998. He received his training at the Baltimore School of Massage in Baltimore, Maryland and Bhakti Healing School of Massage in Clearwater, Florida. Mark's practice consists of John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai Yoga Massage, Stone Therapy and Aromatherapy.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Check-in was super easy and Francesco was my amazing massage therapist. He listened to me and explained everything very well. This was my first visit but it will not be my last.

I meet with Mircea..his skills are unbelievable..the work he does feels so good physically and mentally. He has opened me up to love myself now and to feel good now.. my body and spirt are on the highest frequency when I walk out the door.

Shannon is amazing!! The session she crafted was extremely relaxing while being specific to my body quirks. As a massage therapist myself I can tell you she is highly skilled and someone I plan on revisiting whenever I’m in town. Shannon has a calming presence and her technique is effective yet completely comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend! Very professional, very polite, and most importantly the massages were awesome! My spouse and I occasional get massages, we both agree this was one of the better ones. Her prenatal massage that she got was in her words the best prenatal massage too date!! If you are in the area looking for one here is the place to go! Ask for Renee!
