They came to blow out my irrigation system. There was snow on the ground and I wasn't confident that all of the heads and zones were blown out because of the layer of snow so I contacted Bottem landscaping and Jeremy assured me in the event that there was any damage associated with a service they provided, the company would take care of any repairs at their expense. Very happy with Jeremy’s response time and how professional he was !! we are looking forward with using his company this spring for our landscaping

I scheduled a Sprinkler Blowout with Jeremy 2 1/2 weeks before the Oct 20th 2020 snow storm and no one ever called and no one ever came out. I called to ask why and Jeremy said he emailed me. What? A phone call is in order here, if you cant make it. now my system is frozen and will cost me thousands to repair. Do not use them for this service........ Response, I was NEVER called. don't let him fool you.

These guys were amazing! The company I hired to blow out my sprinkler system flaked on me so I had to scramble to get someone. He showed up, pipes were frozen. They waiting until I got to the hardware store to get a torch and got back. We were able to get them thawed and the system blown out. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!!!!

I really like being able to put my information into the website and get a quote. Unfortunately, after a minimum of 10 emails later I still didn’t get my lawn aerated. I understand weather (rain) plays a factor in doing so; however, I initiated the quote on Sept 26th and on Oct 13th my lawn still isn’t aerated. There has been little response from the company....generally takes a day or so for them to respond. I offered to pay upfront and they could do it on their time, still nothing. I will not work with this company! Horrible customer service when you try to pay them and they won’t take your

Jeremy came out to the address, talked for a while and said he would clean up our yard, take out large rocks/boulders and cut down a specified large amount of brush. He said he would do this all for $500. Well, his people came out, only cut down 3/4 of the brush and never hauled away the rocks and charged $400!!!
