In an effort to set clear expectations before any Technician arrives, we hope to avoid any confusion or problems.

Minimums can be met by purchasing discounts or specials from the office or from the technician on the day of your appointment. You can also meet the job minimum by adding additional services to the purchase of a Groupon / Living Social special.

Initially our experience was good. Stephen cleaned our home in preparation for an open house and we felt like the job was well done.
However after he left and we began to walk around inspecting things we found that there were multiple spots where excessive cleaner had been used and then absorbed into the baseboards leaving very visible water damage.
I called and spoke with Alex the following Monday and told him the situation. I submitted pictures of the damage and he said he'd call me back that day with an update. He didn't. Two days later I call him back. He tells me Stephen has been out with

Stephen cleaned my carpets based on a groupon deal. He did a good job on that project. While at my house, he saw I had torn carpet on 3 steps from my puppy. He said - oh, my company fixes carpet too. I can fix your steps for you for 150 dollars. I said, that sounds awesome - lets do it. We scheduled a follow up time for him to come fix those stairs. This is where the good experience ended.

I would NOT recommend this business to anyone, ever. Seriously save yourself SO MUCH HASSLE and go with someone else!!! I found them on Groupons for a carpet cleaning deal that included stairs. Usually I go with a different company, but decided to give this one a try because of the deal including stairs!

My experience after receiving a 4 hour home cleaning service has been terrible. Our cleaner was Lisa, she was nice but her cleaning service was very unimpressive. We have had cleanings done before with other… companies and have come to expect the level of clean that should be executed in a 4 hour time frame. This was well below the level of other competitors. After this I reached out to Pacific Rim cleaning to find a solution and have left several voicemails and have yet to have any follow up. I prefer to not leave negative reviews and look for a way to solve the issue in another manner

Paid for 2 rooms and stairs to be cleaned, had an appointment on Monday they called and said truck broke down and rescheduled for a Friday at 12, they then called and said between 3 and 6, they never showed didn't call and would not answer calls,, we then tried calling on Saturday and they blocked our number.. do not use them they are crooks very unprofessional

I bought a Groupon and scheduled my appointment, the night before moved all furniture etc…. Re arranged my work schedule so I could be there for their 3 hour window. The day of appointment they texted and told me their truck was broke and repairs were taking longer than usual and could I re schedule for next week. They canceled our first appointment which wasn’t ideal but at least they let us know. Then they no showed on the rescheduled appointment even though they confirmed the appointment and haven’t answered to tell us why. We are selling our home and wanted clean carpets for showings. To let now. A three hour appointment window is a long time to wait for a no show.

I bought a Groupon for this company and scheduled for the cleaning. The day of the scheduled appointment I removed all our furniture and other items so that all surfaces could be cleaned. They never showed up for the scheduled appointment and didn’t let me know that their equipment had broke down until I called to ask if they were coming. He said… they’d have to reschedule. I had to follow up 2 additional times to get scheduled again. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving everything in.
Stephen, who was the technician that came out, was super nice and was extremely knowledgeable about our carpets.
The previous owners of our home had really done a number on the carpets and Stephen did a great job in walking me through what he would recommend for them and why.
The carpets look soo much better and our place smells a thousand times better.
Due to the previous owners having a pet that they let urinate all over the carpets, we were having an issue with the basement carpet

Got a groupon and thought I'd try them out. Stephen was very easy to work with scheduling and updating with eta. I have a playroom that hadn't been cleaned in 14 years, covered with stains. My expectations were low, but his service blew me away! He was able to get ALL of my stains out and the carpet and stairs look like new! He was upfront about pricing and didn't up sell or charge me for anything extra. Would highly recommend.

My technician was really rude . I declined at the pet spray which would cost me another 180 and he argued with me and ended up leaving without doing the work . I purchased this on a Groupon and he suggested I get my money back from Groupon . After calling his boss who was very nice he was sent back to my home but sat in front of my house for 15 minutes before entering . He spent a total of 20 minutes cleaning my stairs and three rooms rushing through it. I've heard really good things about this company so maybe I just got a technician who was having a bad day ?

This company was punctual and went above and beyond in our home. I have never had such efficient service and matching incredible results. My carpets look brand new. He moved everything to make sure every square inch was clean. He also “noticed a spot” on a chair and cleaned it for me with out asking. He rolled back every rug, and was extremely cautious to protect my walls and base boards. I could not be happier. He was very polite and engaging without wasting time. I will never use another company again! Thanks for the great work

They were great! My wife fell asleep on a piece of chocolate and left a pretty nasty stain on our light gray couch cushion. I called a few different cleaning companies before Pacific Rim. They all seemed good, but none of them could squeeze me in within the week, and all of them quoted me a pretty high minimum. Stephen with Pacific Rim squeezed me in on less than 24 hours notice, AND he was able to come and complete the job 2 hours early. The couch now looks spotless. He even offered to come back at a later date to clean the rest of the couch at a discounted price, in case we noticed in the future

I have a friend who had surgery, I called pacific Rim to come clean her carpets while she was in the hospital. They were able to get her place scheduled quick and did an amazing job. Her wheelchair and walkers have done a number to her carpet and they now look fantastic. The tech was super friendly and very reasonably priced.
