After 30+ years of operation, I've closed the studio. I now work by appointment, on location only. My work now consists of business portraits, weddings, and commercial/industrial photography. Location work makes up all of the current schedule, along with nursery school, dance studio's and some magazine work.

My approach to business has always been to treat every client the way I want to be treated. While this may seem like a rather simple statement, I try to ensure every person I do business with will remember the extra level of service I provide. I go the extra level of service I expect to receive, then try to go one extra step.
Hiring a professional photographer for your commercial/industrial job could be critical to your success. Clients want to know you can perform the necessary work in a safe and professional manner. In many cases a simple posting of the work you have completed can be the selling point. The difference between making a bid, and starting the job.
It finally came to that point in time, where folks have stopped getting professional photographs like years past. This is a major mistake in my opinion. We're going to end up with several generations that will have no idea what they looked like when they were young. Or what their grandparents looked like.
