I've had two previous jobs from other companies fixed by JCP&H. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Not sure why the low stars, surprising to see. Both my toilet (done 8 months ago), and and my new kitchen sink/faucet (finished a few days ago) are done super clean. They even cleaned up the mess they made in front of my condos. Victor is a pro. These guys all day.

First off, I can see why you would attempt to discredit my review as a possible fraudulent one. Let me assure you that I did contract your company as you already know and if you truly cannot decipher Rudy is my nickname then you should stick to plumbing, and leave the thinking for people more suited to it. Now let's address the fact that this con took place close to 3 years ago and you are just now addressing it. One can only come to the conclusion you must have lots of free time from 9 am to 9pm, as to why, one can only speculate that your target demographic has seen your company for what

In December 2017 JC Plumbing & Heating installed an external air conditioner and repaired attic ducting, hired by our HOA to replace damage done by a falling power pole.
The new air conditioner stopped working in July of 2018, and the company asked for $189.50 to come out and check their work. We declined, and hired another company. The tech found that JC had not used eletrical connections (or even electrical tape), but had duct taped wires together, leaving stripped wire areas uncovered (picture #1). The shoddy workmanship was the cause of the failure, and the external unit worked fine

I have now had JC Plumbing & Heating come out to my condo for repairs 3 times and I cannot say enough good things about them. When I first started calling around for a plumber, this company was one of the only ones who actually answered their phone and responded to my request immediately. Each time I have booked them, they have given me a time to expect the plumber plus a courtesy call that the plumber is on his way. Many thanks to Enrique Porter of JC Plumbing and Heating. I woke to discover my sewer lateral backed-up and spewing raw sewage out of my sidewalk clean-out on to the curb. As I tried to clean the mess and snake the line with my light-weight 1/4 inch, 25 foot hand auger, Enrique drove by on his way to another job and stopped to help. He had to call in for the big gun (3/4 inch , 100 foot power auger). The lateral took 75 feet of twisting to cut through the roots but he cleaned it out. Now to get the city to clean it properly!.

Thank you JC Plumbing for providing great services to my new Home Buyers in Chula Vista. I am a Real Estate agent in the San Diego area and my clients purchased a home they really loved and the seller was not able to do all the repairs as we requested but the buyers wanted this home since it was their Dream home for their new beginning. After we closed Escrow I referred them to JC Plumbing and Heating. The New Home Owners were Happy with the professionalism and honest work they did.
