My mom and I pre-planned arrangements for dad while he was in hospice. It was a comforting experience with no pressure. When dad passed it was nice to have arrangements in place and everything with regard to viewing and funeral service unfolded with dignity and ease. We appreciate the support of the staff and use of the beautiful facility.

Preplanning for my dad’s passing was easy and went well. However, I am highly disappointed by the lack of communication, false information and being led on about an order I placed that was for pieces of jewelry that I was giving as gifts to my mother and brother. Not to mention, I was given information about another family’s order that had nothing to do with mine. No one gave me the order information I needed until I specifically asked for the information and then the situation came to light that my order was never placed after 6 weeks of being told it was “in production”. I am disappointed
