Patricia Marple is an outstanding agent. She is able to help me whenever I need to add any new vehicles, home owners insurance and now even life insurance. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all of our coverage needs are met. When we were between selling and buying our houses, she made sure we had renters coverage in the event anything were to happen to our things. All is good until you don't give them all your insurance business. That's when their true colors come out. Will I ever use State Farm again, Yes. Will I ever use Wayne Shoemaker State Farm, NO. Go somewhere else.
Wayne, to answer your response this had nothing to do with the bank coverage. My review was related to Tammy saying she would not renew the insurance for our properties because we moved our auto to a different insurer. She said you only did the properties because of the auto, which is not true. Originally you only did my properties and I moved my auto over.
