We experienced a collision with a deer on the interstate, which left our vehicle non-drivable. Was able to speak directly to Jill (this was outside of office hours on a Sunday afternoon), and she gave us direction on our next steps. The claim process from start to finish ran so smoothly, and with the best customer service we’ve ever experienced from an insurance company. We had recently switched to Solis from an agency we had been insured at for 30 years. Absolutely no regrets! Nothing compares to having a knowledgeable, professional, and caring agent that shows up! When I found out that my previous insurance company cancelled me after my car was broken into and many items stolen while parked in a hotel parking lot in Buffalo, NY, I called Solis Insurance Group. Not only were they courteous and prompt in their replay, but they were able to write a policy that effectively bundled my auto and home with the same coverage and saved me a few dollars in the process. Going forward, if I have to contact my insurance company for information concerning coverage or claim, I have a comforting voice to respond to my needs. Dealing with an online insurance group is fine
