After getting the run around from several companies that falsely promised to deliver small quantities or "short runs" of custom printed plastic cards in a hurry, we decided that we could do it better and faster. So in 2005, Short Run Cards was created by 304 Media, an advertising agency based in South Florida.

Digital printing allows us to produce quantities as few as 1 card with turnaround as fast as 48 hours. Offset printing offers more versatility on complex designs and is more cost effective for larger quantities.

I'm not a review-aholic, but once and a while I have encounter a company that truly deserves a good word. I came to these guys with nothing other than a vague "Uh, I got cards from you a few years ago, can we duplicate those?" From this starting point began one of the most engaging, helpful customer service experiences I have ever had. There was no automated system or hoops to jump through, these guys did everything for me. You just don't get service like this anymore, it was incredible. They designed my cards based on a photo of the previous ones, sending proofs and seeking my approval every step

Short Run Cards created amazing gold business cards for me. Every time I give one out, my Clients comment about what a unique, upscale card it is. I worked directly with Scott K. at Short Run Cards to get a rush order for 350 holiday gift cards we needed to send out. He was very attentive and provided timely support on the updates we needed to get done for our order and still have them arrive on time as planned. By the way, we got them in the mail and the printing looked fantastic! Thank you Short Run Cards and by extension Scott. :)

Very professional and quality work for the price. Response time and proofs were delivered within 24 hours of providing the artwork. Templates and artwork specifications were easy to find and ready to understand. This was the only service I could find that would print less than 250 plastic cards per order.

I love my short run cards. I find that clients are super impressed when I hand them one of my business cards because they give the feeling of solidity, success, and luxury. Another reason I love them is because they are durable, beautiful, and feel valuable. People treat them more like a credit card and tend to keep them for a long time. I've had a few clients call me after a few years of not hearing from them because they kept my card! I highly recommend them.

For whatever reason, it seems harder and harder to find reliability in companies these days. It's almost as if the merits of "quality" and "care" either get swallowed up and diluted within larger corporations, or overshadowed by unprofessionalism in smaller companies.
This is certainly not the case with Short Run Cards. Though not a large company, they nevertheless possess all the technical knowledge and expertise you'd expect from one, while retaining the ability to provide warm and reliable customer support on a near-personal level.

I can't imagine that this can be Short Run Cards fault. As a new customer just this year I have been treated as if I was their biggest and best client. I have never written a review for any of our vendors on Yelp or any other blog. I just felt I had the take the time to say my personal experiences have far exceeded any of my expectations.
If you are considering doing business with them take a look ate their website and ordr processes and ask yourself how someone couls saqy bait and switch or any of the things I read in the one bad review.
