Highly recommend this company to any and everyone! Professional service with an amazingly deep care/concern for their clients. I was not the easiest person to work with and they remained friendly, professional, and concerned for my situation. Once they came out to do the work it was quick and all their team Mickey and Max were friendly and professional. I had a gas leak and they needed to install a new yard line. I worked for them. be careful. they steal and they get away with it. if you are starting work with them, walk away. they don't pay. I record them for me returning there cloths and work phone. they will make you think that the work is legit and that they will pay you but I will guarantee you there not going to pay you. don't work here and don't get your work done with them.

Years ago, I hired Tritan to replace an extractor pump in my condo buildings basement. They did a great job. Last month, I installed a new kitchen sink. When I tried to turn the water shut off valve back on, the hot water was weak and cold couldn't catch and turn on. I scheduled Tritan to replace both valves under the sink. On Sept. 22, they never showed in my time frame from 9 a.m. till noon. A bundle of lame excuses they tried from them having a different time for the appointment to suggesting I confirmed their time twice (nope). We worked with Eddie and Roy and they were excellent professionals. Our tubs were originally installed without P-traps and the previous homeowner installed an accordion pipe in a sink drain which needed to be changed out. Eddie and Roy did a great job fixing these issues!

The worst company ever... Constant excuses on getting a job done promises to show up and doesn't... won't even respond. didn't complete the work at my sisters house and refuses to refund. he couldn't finish the work by the deadline and refused to come on his day off to make it right so she had to higher another plumber to finish because it's for her business... I highly recommend you go to someone else

Had them out to repair a pipe leading to the outside garden faucet. They installed a faulty pipe, which burst, spraying water into my basement. Have tried numerous times to contact them about the issue; they are totally non-responsive. They seem nice and professional up front, but do not stand behind their work. STAY AWAY.

Max was professional, courteous and explained what he did. We had recently got new countertops and sink in the kitchen and the sink was deeper than our previous one and the pipes did not line up. Max explained what he was going to do and figured out a way to make it work. He also attached the disposal to the new sink and installed the new faucet. He cleaned everything up after he was done. Shout out to Sarah for getting me into their schedule on a Monday to get this done.

I was referred to Tritan Plumbing for being an affordable; however, after completing a pretty standard job, I was billed $1000 (not including parts), for a job that could not have taken more than 2 hours. It was outrageously priced for the work. My former plumber (fully licensed), who is now retired with health problems, said max charge would have been $350 for the work. Regardless, I will NEVER use this company again, because the amount of money I was charged was ridiculous!!! Buyer beware!!!

This I place is a joke !! Showed up 3 hours late and smelled like alcohol!! They checked my water heater and said it needs to be replaced . I asked them to leave and called the office and they said I was crazy for saying such a thing!! Frankly I'm insulted at the way they spoke with me and I don't know how this place is even in business !! DONT NOT CALL THESE GUYS!! Worse place ever!!

Tritan Plumbing is unreliable and tried to get me to paymore than what they quoted. They tried to reschedule two times and then Jack the price from $1650.00 to $2200.00.
Sorry Tritan. Went on home advisor and got 2 quotes within the hour and for $125.00 cheaper than their quote.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! Waited over three hours for someone to come take a look at my flooded basement. Our technician, Paul, arrived and dug around in our pipe for approximately 10 minutes (WITHOUT THE PROPER EQUIPMENT, LIKE A SCOPE!) before telling us that our pipe was broken and we would need to tear up our front yard for over $9K to fix the problem. He then proceeded to tell us how "bad he felt for us" because we have such a beautiful yard and they cant replace landscaping the way it was before starting the project.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. They were eager to come out to check out my plumbing situation, yet showed up 40 minutes late. The owner, Mickey and his sidekick were at my housefor less than 2 hours, and charged me $1,200 for JUST AN ESTIMATE. They snaked my pipes with a camera, misdiagnosed the problem, and quoted me $25,000. After we told them that we were going to shop around because that price seemed through the roof, they desperately returned saying they'd "only" charge $19,000 because I knew his wife. I purchased a 'deal' on Angie's List for them to come out and fix my tub faucet (it was dripping and the water was not getting hot enough). and my sink (P-trap was leaking in two places). Some young guy that spoke broken English came out - did NOT remove his shoes or put booties on - took my faucet apart and put is back on. Took the sink apart and told me I needed to replace the "nipple in the wall" for $200. I told him I wanted another quote so not to fix the wall pipe. He put my sink back together and told me he fixed the leak at the front of the p-trap. When I got home

Very disappointed in this company. They came out (they were late and I was their first appt) for a slow tub drain and told us they had to snake the line and it would be $240! They also said if they needed to do another line it would be another $240. I called another plumber and was told their charge would be $135 to snake a main line. I paid Tritan their $45 trip fee and asked them to leave. The other plumber was here in 45 minutes, found two clogs both at the very beginning of the pipes, fixed everything and charged me $65. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We called Tritan for a quote to move a gas line, I had even inquired about booking as I assumed after receiving the quote we would just go ahead and schedule.
They did show up right on time, so I will give them that, and the scheduling process was super easy and Debi was really helpful. However, when the guys came to quote us they told us we would be unable to use the "$50 for $100" deal advertised here on Yelp for the job we needed done. Disappointing as this was another reason
