My father passed away severals years ago and we were faced with trying to sell a house in quick order. Kristine Horten entered the picture via a personal recommendation, and quickly got things moving. She is quite motivated with good energy and sales skills. She accomplished what I did not think could be done within our time constraints, of selling Dads house. Certainly was one piece of the puzzle that helped us all move on. I contacted Leigh Wible to see an apartment for a family member while on a short trip to visit them after a medical emergency.
When explained the circumstances, she recommended we visit the apartment I chose and another one she had in mind. As you can guess, the one she recommended was by far the best choice.
She guided my family member and myself through the application process with proactive communications and extremely fast responses to emails and texts.
Before I went home, we had the apartment and necessary household goods ready for when my family member leaves the hospital.
In summary

Kristine Horten goes above and beyond for her clients. She is professional, very down to earth, and really listens to what her clients want and does her best to deliver. She sold my uncle's house in a very tight time frame and sold a lot for the company I work for under less than ideal conditions. She works tirelessly and doesn't give up until the sale closes.

Melissa did a fantastic job helping me navigate the home buying process. As a single, first time home buyer I was terrified. She explained every step and answered any questions that I had thoroughly. Kristine Horten was amazing. She became like a family member. The process of finding a house was fun and easy with her, no pressure, laughing, just overall had a really great time. Would highly recommend. She not only made it a great experience but she really listened to what we were looking for and found us an amazing home. We will definitely use her again if we decide to relocate! 10/10 for her and Bowen!
